If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. Pricing and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card payments via via Paypal or BACS payment. Both methods are safe and easy to use. Please note that when paying via BACS, your items will not be posted until the payment has cleared.

All items purchased on the Website will be carefully wrapped and posted in good condition. Original artwork is handmade and does not have any longterm guarantee after it’s safe arrival. Materials can be effected by sunlight and environmental conditions, and Jemima Catlin accepts no responsibility for any artwork that has suffered from environmental damage when under ownership of the purchaser.
All artwork and images on the Website are subject to copyright, owned by Jemima Catlin. Any distribution or commercial use of the images or artwork from this Website will result in legal action.
