Jemima Catlin is an artist and illustrator based in Dorset, UK.

In November 2010, Christopher Tolkien, J R R Tolkien’s son, asked Jemima to send some illustration ideas for The Hobbit. Three years later, in 2013, 150 of her illustrations were published by Harper Collins in a children’s edition of The Hobbit, along with the 2014 Tolkien calendar, and the Deluxe edition of The Hobbit. Followed by the paperback edition of The Hobbit published, in 2017.

Jemima continues to work on various illustration projects and also enjoys painting.
